We are pleased to offer FREE Australian & New Zealand delivery for all orders over $200.
For orders under $200, standard flat rate shipping $9.99 (Australian & New Zealand addresses only). * includes tracking.
International postage will be calculated automatically as follows:
Purchases up to $150.00 - $14.99 flat rate.
Purchases over $151.00 - $19.99 flat rate.
We aim to post within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Yes, you can exchange your item if it does not fit! We will happily send you the correct size.
All returned clothing must be in original state with swing tags still attached. If there are no tags attached we will not accept it back.
To do this please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s). You will need to cover return shipping costs by sending us a payment, either via PayPal or Credit Card. We can discuss this when you contact us.
Please choose carefully, items will only be refunded if item is deemed faulty, not for change of mind.
To be eligible for a refund, item must be returned to us within 2 weeks of purchase and have a fault which cannot be repaired (deemed faulty by us). If the item does not meet these requirements we reserve the right to refuse refund.
All return postage is at the cost of the buyer, not Wren Designs.
